2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions

  • Before Shipment: 100% refund, no questions asked
  • After Shipment: Order cannot be cancelled, but you can return after delivery
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Cannot be cancelled once production starts
  • Digital Products: Cannot be cancelled once downloaded/accessed

3. Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • Item should be unused and unworn
  • Original invoice/receipt must be included

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Exception:

Even non-returnable items can be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or different from description.

7. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right immediately.
